🌍 Where We Ship
Gurl Brand currently ships within the United States only. We're working toward international shipping — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when it's available.
⏱️ Processing Time
Every order is carefully packed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, most packages arrive within 9–12 days. These are estimates and exclude holidays, carrier disruptions, or address issues.
💳 Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are flat rate and calculated at checkout. No hidden fees, ever. Final shipping cost is confirmed before you complete payment.
📧 Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Use it to follow your package anytime.
🛠️ Address Corrections
Entered the wrong address? Email [email protected] immediately if your order hasn't shipped. Once shipped, we cannot modify delivery information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, new shipping charges will apply for resending.
🚚 Delayed or Missing Orders
If your package hasn't arrived after 20 days, check for missed delivery attempts, verify your address was entered correctly, and contact your local carrier. Email [email protected] with your order number — we'll help track it down.
📦 Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, email [email protected] within 14 days with photos and your order number. If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with the carrier on a resolution.
📬 Tracking Says "Delivered" But It's Not There
Check your mailbox, front door, and with neighbours or building staff. Then contact your local carrier office. If the package is still missing after these steps, email [email protected] within 7 days and we'll investigate.

30-day returns. Store credit or exchange. We stand behind what we make. If it doesn't work for you, we'll make it right. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
💌 How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item. Our team will review and send a return label within 2 business days. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.
📦 Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed — free of stains, damage, or alterations. The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons: underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks.
💳 Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return is approved and received, we issue store credit immediately or a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once processed.
❌ Cancellations
Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled for a full refund. If your order has already shipped, it must follow the standard return process once delivered.
⚖️ Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
📬 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email [email protected] within 14 days with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund, and return shipping is on us.
